Thousand people to Night Noodle Markets, it's really packed. The Good Food is almost gone, 1 hour queue for ChinChin meals. Great beat of musics, I enjoyed it. Still feel hard to share the air with other thousands but the lanterns was shining beautifully. All those pattern fill my world. Colourful. Night Noodle Markets. 18 - 30 November 2013. Mon-Tue 5-9pm. Wed 5-10pm. Thu-Fri 5-11pm. Sat 4-10pm. Sun 4-9pm. Alexandra Gardens, Melbourne.

No need

(Nani Puspasari, Some Old Brand New You, 32 x 23 cm, ink and thread on paper)

It's never too late to start a new. NO NEED... (1) to act on impulse or feel the need to continually do something. there is much to discover in the act of not doing. (2) to rush to do something. take time and do things at your own pace. different rhythms & harmonies weaved together create a symphony. (3) to try and be different or stand out. just simply being ourselves is what makes us unique. (4) to worry about always needing to create something beautiful. embrace the true artist within who is expressive & sharing something meaningful with the world. (article by Satsuki Shibuya

Megan Morton: Science of Styling

I've admired Megan Morton's work for a long time. She is one of Australian prolific stylist, works with atmospheres and interior. She's been featured in the pages of Vogue Living, Inside Out and In Style and on the covers of international publications; Elle Decortation UK and Vanity Fair. I was very excited that I had the chance to attend one of her Melbourne Roadshow program: Science of Styling Masterclass yesterday at Small Giant

Here a few quotes from her presentation that I really likes and and would like to share:
"I am going to make everything around me beautiful - that will be my life." Elsie de Wolfe
"No amount of money can buy you style. It's just instinctive. You can't try to be somebody you're not; that's not style." Iris Aprel
"The best stylist don't have the best of everything, they just make the best of everything."

There are fun courses being run each day this week by a host of Australian talents. Visit The School website for the program, be quick because all are booking out fast.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all your kind support this year! Your likes, tweets,  reblog, blog posts, emails and any kind words have made my art feel more loved. 2012 was truly another good year for me, I had the opportunity to do crazy shit that I want to do before I die, I also got involved in lots of inspiring projects and travel abroad to few countries. I'm looking forward to achieving more good things in 2013. My new years resolution is to stay longer in this country, get a full time job, involved in more crazy art projects and chase more dreams. I hope everyone has a wonderful New Years Eve and safe holiday season!!! AYEE!!

X-Mas Dinner

This year, we created a fancy BBQ Christmas Dinner in our little bushy backyard. Fairy lights, Windy weather (even-though it's summer here), $2 X-Mas tree, a grilled chicken, cold sangria, childhood movie - Home Alone, a bottle of vodka and 'Love' around us. I had a ton of fun, laughed, joked around and ended up I got a nasty Christmas present from Mr.Parker. Our house filled with diversity people who enjoyed one miracle Christmas on that night. Merry X-Mas!
