Illustration for Six Years Later 003 magazine. Theme - Instinct. Title - NO HARM. Trust your instinct, it means you no harm. This artwork captures my human behaviour that is mediated by unconscious reactions. Inspired by animal who born with certain instincts to protect themselves. Six Years Later is an art-work only magazine. No articles, no interviews, no top 100 tips that will make you the next big thing. They wholly believe that pictures are worth a thousand words... maybe even a thousand and one.

Shortlisted - 2013 Create Design Awards

I am excited to inform you that Your Father Is Moon, You Are Sun project has been shortlisted in the Illustration category 2013 Create Design Awards. You can see it here, along with all the other entries shortlisted in the identity, illustration, packaging and emerging talent categories. Shortlisted entires will continue to be announced in print in Desktop and online at createawards.com.au over the next couple of months. The winners will be announced at a red carpet event on Friday 1 November at the Ivy, Sydney.

Press - Arbeitende Orte

A few months ago the editorial assistant for KWA in German contacted me and asked for permission to use one of my desk picture via flickr in their upcoming book: 'Arbeitende Orte. Bürobauten mit Wert und Mehrwert“ (Working Places. Office buildings, their value and additional value). The book was published in early July in an edition of about 1000 copies. A huge thanks to Anne-Kathrin for kindly sending the pdf version to me. The Morran Book Project

The Morran Book Project is now available. I have illustration included on page 113!

I am a huge fan of Swedish artist Camilla Engman and of course, her Danish-Swedish Farmdog, Morran. This little dog has entertained and amused so many people over the years, and most recently Camilla started a book project : THE MORRAN BOOK PROJECT with illustrators from around the world contributing portraits inspired by the dog. Morran had cancer and I found out about an hour ago that Morran passed away a few day ago. Sad.

Great Big Book of Fashion Illustration

Opened my front door this afternoon and found a surprise!!. I ripped open the package like a child opening gifts on Christmas morning. Thanks amazon.co.uk. My fashion illustrations has been published in the Great Big Book of Fashion Illustration by Martin Dawber and I got my copy today. This totally make my day!!

I was very nicely asked to participate in the 2nd issue_October 2010 of SARBI Journal (Sastra Alienansi Rumput Berbasis Independen), one of New Journal Literature Independent based in Sidoarjo, East Java. I got 3 copies of black & white print edition. Lovely.
